Sophie brings hands-on experience from across Africa, having worked as a director and project manager for an NGO in southeast Madagascar. Back in the UK, she’s led a range of projects in the charity sector, focusing on homelessness and disability support. At Mallory, Sophie shapes and steers strategy, keeping one eye on the big picture and the other on getting things done. She spent her 20s travelling the globe in search of adventure. These days, she’s happiest walking the coastal path or hanging out with her two boys.

Olivia joined the Mallory Schools team after many years working as an educator in secondary MFL and ESL. She initially worked with schools in Cameroon, Rwanda and Eastern Europe. Since Brexit she has been more involved in Europe strategy. Olivia speaks French, Spanish and Italian and is learning Japanese. She loves to travel and learn about other cultures and has spent time living in Italy, France, Japan and Australia.

Vic originally worked in warehouse team at Mallory International whilst completing his PhD in sociology at Exeter University. He went on to work for Mallory in Malawi for two months in 2013, after which he became a permanent member of the team, looking after schools customers in Malawi, Rwanda and Ghana. Vic later took on responsibility for managing Mallory’s accounts in Southeast Asia, a new market at the time. Vic now oversees the business development strategy for the business.

Julio is based in Mexico and joined Mallory’s Accounts team in 2024, bringing prior experience supporting American Homeowners Association management companies remotely. He holds degrees in Accounting, Emergency Medical Technician, and Culinary Arts. At Mallory, Julio is responsible for preparing financial statements for MIE customers, processing payments to select suppliers, and customers. Outside of work, Julio enjoys painting and building miniatures, playing board games and video games, and cooking for friends and family.
